ORDER AND DELIVERY

Production time.

All of our items are handmade to order, so production takes between 3 days and 1.5 weeks plus shipping time. This does not include delivery times, which will depend on the option you select when placing your order. You will be notified as soon as your item is handmade, processed and ready to ship. Some of our items are produced faster and will be shipped as quickly as possible.

Information about delivery:

Please make sure the address you provide us is correct.

Once the item has been dispatched, there is nothing we can personally do to ensure it arrives safely. If you choose Standard Shipping, your item will not have a tracking number and cannot be assigned once shipped, so please choose your shipping method carefully.

Once the package reaches the delivery service, it is at the mercy of the postal service. I am not responsible for any shipping delays, loss or damage during transit.

At the checkout stage, you can choose one of the following delivery methods:

Standard Shipping by Lithuanian Post (Free):

No tracking number provided.

A shipping receipt will be sent to the email address you provided.

Economy delivery (extra charge):

Europe: 1-3 weeks (+ 1 week for islands)

To other countries: 14-30 business days

USA, Canada, Australia: 2-4 weeks.

Priority Shipping (surcharge):

Europe: 5-7 working days

To other countries: 7-14 business days.

USA, Canada, Australia: 5-9 business days.

Both Economy and Priority Shipping include a tracking number.

All parcels are sent from Lithuania.

If your country's customs charges any fees, it is the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Each country is different, so find out if this is a concern for you. This is a customized way to collect sales tax in your country, and each country has its own systems, rules, and restrictions.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE

Because our items are handmade, we do not accept returns or exchanges!

Please choose your items carefully and feel free to ask us any questions about our items before purchasing

Because all items are made to order and take a long time to produce, I cannot provide refunds if you change your mind after purchasing. We are a small company and cannot afford to create custom products just for you to try on.

CANCELLATION METHODS:

Submit your cancellation request: within 2 hours of purchase.

A cancellation fee of 15% of the item price will be charged 2 hours after purchase.

URGENT ORDERS

We usually accept rush orders at an additional cost. Before purchasing this option, be sure to write to me so that I can discuss your wishes with you, as well as confirm the readiness of execution and the date of the order.
